I'm glad you asked my good man! Smoo is a liquid concentrate that oils moving parts, is used on countless desserts, was once a living organism and has the uncanny effect of making even the most depressed, mean, nasty person into a happy hyper bubbling mound of, well, hyperness! It can be breathed, bathed in, eaten, drank, I.V. infused but it must never EVER be snorted. For to insert Smoo directly into the brain would cause a person to be so hyper they would explode! This concludes the overview of that wonderful substance known as SMOO!
