no the point is, they marlins and twins get approx 8-15 mil a year in revenue sharing and they dont use it to pick up a player that could put them over the hump. Instead they bank the money as profit.
Money doesnt buy rings, it buys appearances in the postseason. Team chemistry, solid pitching and timely hitting is what gets your rings.
