Help! Parent wants 2 hours/week

I have a homebound student who suffered a brain insult secondary to encephalitis. I am currently going to the home for 45 minutes 1/week. The parent is pushing hard for 2 hours/week. The student is making good progress at the current therapy frequency. Has anyone had this situation before?? Any ideas?? Thanks.
