Sorry I missed the original idea of the post. We just copy our goal sheets that are in the IEPs. They have the dates for the grading period, codes for M (mastered), P (progress made but objective not yet met), L (little or no progress), O (other). We just fill in the code and send it home as the progress report. This process is explained to the parent at the conference so they know what to expect. I also write little notes about behavior, specific progress or lack of if needed. Does save alot of time for us.
