Maybe this is the easy way out-but it has never been questioned so I will keep doing it. For each kid I keep a list of current IEP goal in a folder and as we go through tx I write down a % (not daily but several times a month) and when it is progress report time I take that sheet out and stick it in the IEP folder with grades, print a new sheet, and start over. It has saved me hours!
