what time of day-iep progress?

I have just completed my 47 IEP progress notes However, I know that is not as much paperwork as many of you are doing with higher caseload limits (mine is 50 and I will be there in a few weeks). When do you do your paperwork for IEP progress notes? Do you have built in time during the week for paperwork? Is it on your 'own time' (before or after school). Just wondering what other people do.
