you'd have to be much much more specific about the child the therapy is intended for.
what diagnosis?
any medical diagnosis?
what do you want the oral motor therapy to accomplish? Just oral awareness?
If you are trying to strengthen muscles for articulation therapy you won't find any valid research to support that. I sometimes do some exercises to improve awareness of what the tongue lips and jaw are doing while forming sounds. But I never look at the exercises of having the purpose of strengthening muscles.
