Wow, that's quite the hateful analogy! I am personally offended, as I do believe that I provide Cadillac services to my students. I kind of know the point you're making, though...the schools are required to PROVIDE "Volkswagen" level services, which means adequate and that they don't HAVE to be the "ultimate best" as far as quantity, not necessarily quality.
