Cadillac-hmm. Not in my areat stu It is very rural and a clinic option is not really an option unless you want to drive a few hours. I also have been complemented that students who work with me for a brief period of time make more progress than they had in the last two years of therapy with somebody else. Now what exactly was your point in your posts about the difference between clinic versus school itherapy. If I was not clear earlier, the student had an outside psychological evaluation. Not speech evaluation. What research do you cite that would indicate that this student who receives very individualized services in a life skills program would benefit from twelve years of speech therapy? He can communicate very well and receives help with reading, writing, vocabulary etc. etc. all day and every day.
