1) Yes, but stimulable means maximum cues and the child may only produce the sound at 20%, but that's okay.
2) You would stiumlate final /t/ using the word "at" where you would be giving max cues to get the tongue tip up to the aveloar ridge. Use tapping cues with finger or tongue depressor to lift tip up to show the child where to put the tongue. Only spend a minute or so on this each session. You will have to get create here to get this sound, but it's very important to backers!
3) Yes, you use that to help set up your Cycles so you target all the primary patterns. The order doesn't really matter as long as you target ALL the patterns each Cycle. At the end of most cycle (I usually end with initial /r/) I will try to find other stimulable sounds, so the order always changes.
