Just curious as to who conducted this eval? It sounds like you had already discharged this student. I would go back and review that info-with the supporting documentation for discharge-first with your director, then w/ the family. Were they at the discharge meeting? Were they in agreement at the time? You may point out that his needs/abilities are adequate in the educational environment, etc., etc. Good Luck.
