Thanks Peachyspeechy for the advise. I had spoken with both the parent and teacher. I knew the parent wasn't to easy about it but the teacher initially did not have any concerns...that is until the meeting. I didn't think about doing a 30-60 day timeline to allow me to collect data....very good idea. I will keep that in mind....I have a few more in the teacher's classroom to dismiss. I'm sure she will have more concerns in the future (she is known to stir up problems). I will be more prepared for her next time. Thanks!
