Stuttering Sample

I just collected a 100 word sample from one of my fluency students and I want to determine how fluent he was in the sample. If he does whole word repetitions (I like like you), do I count that as 1 stuttering event and 3 syllables? What about if he does initial sound repetitions (I l-l-like you)? 2 stuttering events and 3 syllables? What about prolongations (i want mmmoney)? Fillers?
