You have Dawn's handouts and power point? They explain this well.
Lets see if I can explain it right...
For FCD, you look to see which FC's are being deleted, and target those. You want to target one or two sounds per 60 minute set. So if the child is deleting t, p, m, n, you could use 3 final m words and 3 final t words for 60 minutes. Then move on to other targets for 60 minutes until you have targeted all FC's for 60 minutes. Then you move onto the next error pattern. You do not wait for the child to acquire these patterns in their speech...you move on once you have targeted each sound in the pattern.
Stimulability means they can produce the sound accurately. You may have to teach placement to make them stimulable.
