It sounds like she is acquiring good English vocabulary and probably not acquiring much additional vocabulary in Spanish due to limited use of Spanish. However, she does not have strong enough English language skills yet. Now you need to see her Spanish language skills score. If they are average, she is an ELL (English Language Learner)- not disordered. However, my guess is they will also be low. If her vocabulary was low in both languages I'd say - disordered, but her English vocabulary is average. Therefore, it sounds like she is gaining English and losing Spanish but this is not a definite. Get a good history and see how she acquired her first language - was she delayed? Did she demonstrate with many grammar errors? Etc. This will help you to tease out the ELL factor versus disordered. If everything points to her acquiring English but not yet proficient and losing her Spanish, go with it but keep an eye on her.
