Try Dawn's program. She is on facebook under Dawn Moore. All of her documents are on there and I have found her program to be very helpful. Thanks Dawn!! I also like Pam Marshalla's elicitation techniques. I think since he has initial /r/ you will find Dawn's program to be very helpful!
