Look great but once you placed you order, your card is charged for the full order and then.......... you wait and wait for weeks or even months ( I heard on other forums) even they said delivery is 3-5 working days. Even dvd's freely available elsewhere, they cannot supply. Emails are unanswered.To speak of someone you have to hold for 20 - 40 minutes. Then you get some very obnoxious staff, rude and abrupt and they think you got you them out of bed to answer your call. You get the repeated pre-scripted reply " We are getting some next week/next day and you are on the list.." Nothing even get despatched. After seven of waiting and listening to lies, I cancelled my order. Also had to fight for refund. Sell cheap, getting your ££ upfront and not supply for weeks or even months are not good signs of a healty and ethical business operation. Don't like the smell of this. Please feel free to check other forums or shopping review (www.reviewcentre.com) you will suprise to see the number of complaints on these lot of cowboys.
