Posted by Purple Claire I remember interviewing him and James for JCR - he said that he was putting on the US gigs because when he was younger there was nothing for the alternative kids to do in amersham and chesham. Well he certainly gave us that and much more. He was a great inspiration to me personally, he was an extremely talented guitarist, and just such a lovely person. I stil cant really believe that hes gone and my condolences go out to all. But I am glad that I knew him and am now suffering the pain of his loss, rather than to of never known him at all. I think that all the posts on this board just go to show how much rafe was loved in this musical community that he had such a big part in building up.
