IR and RF Remote Design

Sir, I wnants to design Standard RC 5 IR remote transmitter ( RC5 encoder ) and wants switch 8ch toggle also 2ch dimmer using PIC decoder. Second one is KeeloQ HCS310 as RF Tx and decoder will be PIC, can you help me to design this with circuit and also with PIC schematic and codes for that. Thanking you with regards Surya
