Last week one of my fifth graders asked me, "Do you love this job?" completely out of the blue. I replied, "Yes, I like my job. Why do you ask?" She thought about it and replied, "I think it seems like a really fun job. All you do is play games all day, and you get to hang out with kids." Ah, if only our jobs were that simple!
