Posted by koss As the session went on, this little boy's face was getting redder and redder and he was clearly too warm in my small office. I said, "You need to take that shirt off now, it's too warm in here to wear it" and I turned around in my office chair to retrieve some worksheets from my file cabinet. Imagine my surprise when I turned back around about 5 seconds later, and BOTH of them were sitting, hands folded on the table, smiling at me for following directions--and both NAKED from the waist up!!!

I have to go out to a portable classroom to pick up one of my Kindergarten students for speech. It was getting very warm as the morning progressed, so I asked this little boy if he wanted to remove his very heavy, insulated sweatshirt and just be in his t-shirt underneath. He refused, impressed with his new school clothes. On the way back into the building, we picked up another Kindergartener, a little girl who is his speech partner and went to my room to begin a lesson on following directions.
