Posted by Lakitamy Simon Says was pretty difficult and they were having trouble knowing when to do the command and when not to. SO, i broke the commands down saying, Simon Says....(wait time).....put your HANDS on your head! Finally....they were getting it! After each command they told me if simon said the command or not. After one command that Simon did not say, a student yelled..."Alright Honey Pie, Simon did NOT say that one!" Well, at that point I couldn't even remember if Simon said it or not because I was laughing so hard!

As an introductory game to begin a unit on following directions in an elementary classroom I support, I decided we would play Simon Says.
