I don't know the age group you work with, but this was a fun activity I used with some HeadStart aged girls. I had several sample size lipsticks(never been used of course). I let each girl pick out her color, then with lots of help, we applied the color. I was working on the initial /k/ sound at the word level. Each girl would say the word "kiss", then "kiss" a piece of construction paper. At the end of the session, they took home a page full of kisses for mom and dad. Maybe this could be adapted to just focus on the lips, at least for the girls anyway.
