I was working with a child on his speech sounds. We had worked very hard on his /k/ and he finally got it in final position. The problem was that hs production of /tr/ was off - he substituted /f/ instead.
Imagine the teacher's shock when this lovely little boy held up one of his speech cards and proudly told her, "Look at the fire f*ck"
