I was conducting assessment with a five year old - investigating his phonology. Single word assessment, but I was looking for some sentence level information as well, and so was asking questions about the items. He'd just named the picture of the apple - telling me it was a green apple.
"Do you like green apples?" I asked.
"No. I love red apples, because I dream about them," he replied.
