During my final external practicum I saw a little boy who had SLOS syndrome but was VERY high functioning. I saw him in home with my supervisor and he started calling me "auntie alisa"... He has never done this with any other therapist and when I asked his mom she said he didn't have any aunt's with similiar names... He was a cutie-pie and it made me feel special that he though I was his aunt!
