I have given the GFTA-II for over 20 years--and thought I'd heard it all! But I'm testing a 5 year old that starts all of his words with an /h/. So, we get to the picture with the horse jumping over the fence. Before I could even ask him what the horse was doing, he says "Ho humpin!"
