A few years ago during my school internship, I was giving an assessment (possibly the Listening Test?) during which I had to read two words and the student had to identify if they were the same word, or different. I got to the words "defection/deflection"...and I said "defecation". My supervisor who was sitting behind the child put her head under her desk to laugh as I sat there red faced. Fortunately the child didn't understand what I'd just said.
