During a lunch bunch group, the name "Bob" came up in a conversation. A student said to another student (who has Asperger's/ADHD and is constantly moving), "Hey, isn't Bob the name of your friend." The student responded, "Yes, Bob is the squirrel who runs around in my head!" If you knew this student, you would believe he had a "Bob" in his head!
