When playing Grannie's Candies today, the students has to listen to a list of four words, repeat the words back in order, then identify which one didn't belong and explain why.
Jason correctly repeated the list "grandfather, uncle, teacher, mother," and correctly identified "teacher" as not belonging with the rest. When asked why, he exclaimed dismissively,"Because the teacher is way smarter than the rest of them!" I'm not so sure his family would appreciate that explanation! :-)
