I have a 5-year-old client who has been working on /k/ and /g/ sounds. I guess I was making him work too hard during one treatment session, because he turned to me (hands on hips) and said "I only use the sounds T and D, so you're just out of lutt."
At least he knows exactly what his substitutions are
