I generally do not like to sit beside students during therapy as I can not see their speech productions. However, on this particular day, my group was so large that one 5 year-old boy "John" had to sit right beside me during therapy. As I was working with another student, I saw "John" yawn out of the corner of my eye. As he yawned, he lifted up his arms in an exagerated manner and slyly let one fall down behind my shoulders. I turned to him and he said "I like you Ms. Wose!"
Where oh where does a 5 year-old learn moves like this...?
