I get by, by taking it one day at a time and by trying to keep optimistic although that is not always easy or the case. Keep in mind the weight will come off when you reduce or eleminate the prednisone. The side effects diminish with the reduction in dose. Like you I take it moment by moment, day by day. I wish you luck.
