We talked to Dr. Maria Elena at the San Pancho hospital several years ago and were told that they had the equipment for dialysis but not the "waters" whatever she meant by that. She said that our friend should bring her own "supplies". If you are in town, go talk to her. Go early, around 7AM is best, before she gets overwhelmed with patients.
