Larry, it doesn,t matter if you know me, we have met twice and my name is Fred. Big deal! The problem is, you come into San Pancho, buy up land to develop for your personel profit, build on a regonized low spot and don't provide the proper drainage. Hopefully as Bobby Yo states a solution is in the works. P.S rode my bike through your development many times as it was being developed. Have a nice day!
