Excuse me John, this street flooded long before I ever came to town. Jacquina can show you those photos if you care to see them. That location had been dug out years ago to make brick and left a garbage dump which flooded every year creating a swamp. I think you know this already. You are also smart enough, or maybe not, to realize that every wall, every street, every structure that is built anywhere, in any town, alters the natural flow of things. You can be as self righteous as you want, but your influence has been no better or worse than anyone elses. Before you continue to point fingers at people I would suggest you take the advice of the song that goes 'If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make a change'.
