Yes, this board is for everyone -- expats, visitors and locals. We can all play. The only rule is no advertising your stuff for rent/sale, etc.

Come on in -- the water is usually fine. Sometimes someone too shy to give their name (like SP Resident) gets a little feisty. We don't pay any attention and neither should you.
