David. I don't know who you are and don't really want to know. BUT it does not behoove anyone for you to cast racist comments about anyone including cigar chomping beer drinking ,etc.
As for development and water issues, if you look at the past postings on this webpage and other sources, you will see that you are not the first person to ask nor to express concerns. Unless you are part of the solution you are part of the problem. While you were here visiting did you conserve water, taking short showers, refuse daily maid service, tally your carbon footprint in the airport? We don't have time or energy to point fingers anymore. And remember when you are pointing one finger at someone else, 3 fingers are pointing back at yourself.
