Just returned from san pancho and was surprised to see a golf cart, complete with cigar smoking, beer can drinking golfers, cruising down a "beautiful" fairway where the college used to stand. What's up with this? We saw some development the previous year, but this was as surprise (along with the new "cultural" center and all the nifty new signs...). Is the golf course part of las olas? and what is the story with that. the gates seem to get fancier and fancier each time we visit, and it appears that mcmansions are sprouting along the beach now as well. Where is all the water for both of these coming from. I understood that the water in the pueblo was stretched pretty thinly as it was. Along the same lines, who is behind the costa aztec (?) development north of costa azul, and where is the water coming from for these houses? gracias...
