Hi there, I guess I"m an awful gringo wanting to invest in San Pancho because I visited last month and fell in love with the north beaches of Nayarit and San Pancho in particular. I am American born but live in London for 21 years and would like to retire to Mexico. If you'll have me. I can understand locals not welcoming the developers and would love to avoid dealing with them. Can you tell me what you would accept in the way of gringos "moving in" I don't want to be a part of destroying the very thing that makes your part of the world so beautiful.
