For those of you who don't know, Semana Santa will be starting soon. This holiday brings many Mexican Nationals from inland cities to our beach and they have a wonderful time camping, playing music and playing on the San Pancho beach.
Its always fun.
But a word of caution -- stay off the highway if you can. There will be many more drivers than usual -- some of them inexperienced with our winding road and some of them are aggressive drivers from living in crowded cities. And, some of them may have partied a little too much that day. I get my shopping, banking and gas done before it starts and then lay low and go join the party on the beach.
Here are the dates. Typically, the crowds start to head off mid week after Easter Sunday.
