A friend was just in San Pancho and went into the "Discovery Center" by the playa and brought me back a brochure. Why don't these guys cop to the fact that it's a sales office and their "cultural center" is a guise for a major development waaaaay to big for San Pancho. Does anyone have any idea if people are buying these places? It seems like, as in most speculation, it takes people plunking down some money before they can really start their construction. Any odds on this thing actually being built in the next couple of years? I hope not.
What's the concensus in town?
