let me try and help you out...according the real estate liscencing board, any car is acceptaable as a real estate liscencee..."...as long as it ends in 'er'..."...it's also acceptable to "cross-breed" or "customize" models that end in 'er.,', with each other, thus it would be entirely possible and acceptable to end up with a Bummer or a Heamer....hope that helps...
