Shamba Found...Need to Locate the Owners

Hello,

We have found a dog named Shamba that has a Vancouver BC registration tag on. She is a black and white Australian sheep dog. We have tried to contact the owners number, but the voicemail is full. We have also emailed the BC dog registration to get more information on her or the owners.

If you hear anything we are staying at Casa Melissa in San Pancho. If we cannot find the owners before we leave Friday we will either find Shamba a good home here or take her back to Arizona with us.
