in august we contacted villa paraiso concerning a rental for two weeks in january. we recieved info at that time from one individual. in november we recieved a follow up e-mail from eduardo at emerald coast investment announcing a change in ownership and management and attempting to make the sale of the rental.
having previously met these snake oil salesmen we declined the offer
