Posted by Pete on October 10, 2005, 1:21:13 Deane Hennigar, at the advanced age of 46, managed a solid 3:09. Ray Moorehead, a well-seasoned 43, lopped 7 minutes off his PR with 2:43:23. Rami Bardeesy, the young whippersnapper, ran a stunning 2:35:45! VERY well done, boys!

Not sure if any of you followed today's race, but at least three Nova Scotia runners had very good days today.
