Darren Booth at Acadia (Wolfville - not Halifax, sorry) did a great job of getting my knee problems sorted out a couple of years ago. He never even suggested I shouldn't run, but gave . me a complete workover (determined one leg's longer than the other) and then came up with stretches and strengthening exercises to get me through. Don't know if it was just good luck, but my problem, which had been nagging me for two-three months, cleared up very quickly and has never come back.
