I believe Runner's World probably has one at their website, possibly along with other info for beginners. Even better, though, is try to make some running friends who can keep you motivated to put the shoes on and get out the door for a run. Start easy and slow. If you feel like you need to stop and take walking breaks at first, then stop and take walking breaks. Over time, push yourself to go a little farther, and to occasionally go a little faster. But mostly make sure you keep it fun, so you'll want to keep on doing it. Good luck!

If you're looking for some help to get started, you might consider taking a beginners' running program through one of the running stores. I know Running Room has them, and couldn't say if Aerobics First does or not (I'm assuming you live in Halifax area).
