Writing from an information centre in Fort William, Scotland. Racing lives in the UK.
Ran a 10k in Bungay, Suffolk. Given great applause for having the travelled the greatest distance and for being the first Canadians to run in their series (Bungay Black Dogs -- a great bunch). Invited to a pub and treated to drinks after. A great time abroad.
