BRIDGEWATER
The Bluenose Striders in conjunction with the Lunenburg County YMCA has a group run 10 a.m. on Saturdays from the Bridgewater at YMCA on High Street, attached to the Nova Scotia Community College. Gather in the YMCA boardroom for the start. Open to all runners. Usually an hour run at a recreational pace. Why not join us?
